His charge for Botox is $11/unit.  Normally for between the brows he will use at least 25 and up to 35-40 units, depending on the strength of the muscle.  If the whole forehead is involved it could go up to 50+units.  But I would say it is normally between 30-50 units for the brow and forehead.  On first time users, the treatment will last from about 4-7 months; repeat users get a much longer result time.  The crows feet average about 30-35 units, both sides.  Take advantage of a discount by doing brows, forehead and crows feet in your session with Dr. Hidalgo. 
 
When doing fillers, he charges $450/syringe     Restalyne/Juvederm/Cosmoplast.  Usually he will need to use about 1-2 syringes for a good filler in the labial folds and about one for the lips.  This product will normally last from between 7-10 months.  The Radiance is much thicker and more expensive at $600/syringe - but lasts longer, from about 1 1/2 - 2 years.  Again, when doing in combination with other areas, he will offer a discount.
