EYE EXERCISES
Facial exercises should be done once a day, and this regimen can be continued for your entire life, or you could scale down to three times a week, after completing a month of daily exercises.
Some people report that minor spots or blemishes appear after starting facial exercises, and yes, it is normal.
The skin is once again stimulated to produce its natural oils and lubricants and these minor spots may appear when starting facial exercises, until the skin is functioning efficiently and correctly again. Skin cells get lazy and stagnate, but with proper exercises these cells are once again activated to work with renewed vigor.

Eyelash perming is a great way to give your face an open-eyed look, which is enviable among women.
What happens during the process of eyelash perming? With a small lash roller and water-based glue, the eyelashes are rolled and separated to get the most natural and beautiful appearance. Eyelash perming lotion is then applied on the eyelashes and left to set for up to 8 minutes; a neutralizing agent is then applied and also left to set for another 8 minutes
as the lashes are covered with a damp cloth. After the agents have set in on the lashes, a remover is used to detach the roller, leaving the lashes perfectly curled and enhanced.
In order to get the best effect for the service, it is suggested that you also request to tint your lashes. This process can be performed immediately after the perming, and will further enhance your lashes' over all look.
